Last year we trialed using MemberMojo with great success, but the admin team still spent hours trying to export and re-import details from MemberMojo into GMS so that players could be affiliated and eligible to play.

This season we have chosen to fully adopt the RFU’s GMS system for the management of our membership. This means that every member, old and new will need to purchase a new membership starting from this year; Except for HLM and Life Members.

While GMS might not be everyone's friend, there are advantages to using the system.

For members:

• Players can affiliate immediately after purchasing membership
• Direct Debit is now a payment option to split fees over the year
• Renewals will be easier for future seasons
• Less systems to use

For the club:

• Reduced admin and double handling of member details
• Less systems to manage
