How to pay
1. Electronic transfer
Sarah will give details of the specific Witham Rugby Club HSBC bank account that has been set up to hold the funds.
2. Cheques. Made out to “Witham RUFC” and delivered to Sarah. Please ring Sarah for her personal address for delivery purposes
3. Cash. By prior arrangement with Sarah.
4. Tables of 10. Where possible each table to have a table co-ordinator who will be the point of contact with Sarah. If you wish to be a table co-ordinator please speak to Sarah directly. Individuals or couples can specify tables on which they may like to sit. Again, please talk to Sarah. Where possible the committee are looking to theme as many tables as possible. For example,” 1991/2 League Winners”, First XV, “Vets”,” VP’s”, etc, etc.
5. There will be no formal speeches. It is envisaged that the table co-ordinator or a nominated individual from each table will be asked to stand and talk for a minute on a subject relevant to the table and the rugby club or that individual.

Venue
A marquee for up to 250 people situated at Witham Rugby Club, Spa Road, Witham

Food and drink.
Hogg roast. Three courses of which the first course will be “waiter served” canapés before the formal sit down.
Two bottles of wine and still and sparkling water on each table. Further wine and beer available on the night via a cash bar. A pre-ordering service for wine will be available closer to the event.

Entertainment
At least three live musical entertainment acts throughout the evening

Memorabilia
We envisage that there will be the opportunity to buy or order memorabilia on display in the marquee on the night. For example, team kit, ties, and other items of clothing.
